Bill Hybels, founder and senior pastor of Willow Creek Community Church, Chicago, said, "The local church is the hope of the world.", and we wholeheartedly agree with him.
We believe in empowering the Church in its mission of reaching out to the community with the message of Christ's love for the world. We also want to be an agent for unity amongst Christians in this city.
We provide training and networking opportunities for churches across the city to work together, and have backed projects such as the Life Exhibition for children and Hope 08. We do this by providing a structure within our charity to facilitate partnership.
We are part of Derby City Vision and other gatherings such as the City Centre Leaders and Normanton Christian Leaders. We also participate in Church of England Deanery Chapter meetings and advise independent churches on mission.
