This project reaches out to street people offering food, hot drinks, warm clothing and friendship. It is aimed at filling the gaps in support offered by other organisations in the city throughout the week.
Derby City Mission is partnered by several churches and individuals who keep the Mission supplied with clothing and blankets.
We work hard at getting street people who want to change, into homes of their own and aim to link them into a church which will support and encourage them. In partnership with other organisations, we have seem some real answers to prayer and change in people, some of whom have come to faith in Christ and now attend local churches. The life changes have been miraculous to watch!
