Fundraising Facilitator

In this role you will play a pivotal part in helping to make a real difference to those who need us most by providing an effective fundraising service both for our existing activities and to help us move forward with our growth and development plans.

As the Fundraising Facilitator, you will co-ordinate all DCM fundraising projects, including applications to trusts and foundations, pitching for corporate partners and working with the rest of DCM on fundraising events.

You will focus on maximising donations to achieve our fundraising targets. You will also manage DCM fundraising database, and will work with the Fundraising Development Team to maintain both the traditional and digital fundraising.

We’re looking for someone who has experience in fundraising or has an aptitude to learn swiftly. You should be a team player. You should be confident, proactive, an excellent communicator and organiser, who will enjoy the chance to take on this varied and active role.

The working hours are 20 hours per week, the timings of this require some flexibility.

Salary: £25,500- £27,000 (pro rata £12,500-£13,500) depending on experience. 20 hours per week.

Contract period: This is a 1-year fixed-term position.
