Derby City Mission, a registered charity (1140235), is looking to appoint Project Workers (Team Leaders, Support Workers and Bank Staff) to work as part of an initiative working with homeless people in Derbyshire.

You will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of all homeless guests attending the Derbyshire Winter Provision, which will operate on a 24/7 basis for a 3 month period during the winter months and be based at Mount Cook Adventure Centre, Middleton Top.

The persons appointed will have experience of working with people with chaotic lifestyles and be enthusiastic, committed and have empathy for our vision. Applicants must be willing to work flexibly, working day and night shifts as rostered 7 days a week.

We are looking to employ staff from 15th December 2020 until 15th March 2021. Applicants must be able to demonstrate how their beliefs and conduct align with the Evangelical Alliance’s Statement of Faith and Derby City Mission’s Mission Statement and Values.
