It is the general policy of Derby City Mission that all gifts shall be presumed to be for all charitable purposes (i.e. unrestricted) unless there is an explicit restriction (for example some fundraising pages specify a project or people group that funds will be used to benefit) This allows the organisation to apply the funds to the most pressing needs at the time of funding.
