Transforming lives together

We exist to make disciples of every people group in partnership with Churches and other agencies by demonstrating God’s love and bringing hope.

We are a Christian charity founded in 1989, initially providing a Christmas Dinner for senior citizens. In the years since a Debt Advice Service was started, we began the first food bank nationwide, and we opened a Community Shop and Cafe for people struggling to access food.

We now offer many services for people in crisis, like our Safe Space for Derby's rough sleepers, ByMySide Project for those struggling with addictions, My Place for those recently out of prison, and for people in the community, like our Street Pastor programme.

Light Up Lives - Illuminate Hope this Christmas

For the homeless, every night is a struggle against the elements - Together we can light up lives and make a true difference. Our Winter Appeal Is Live! Please Donate Today!

Children at Christmas

Many children in Derby won't receive any gifts this Christmas. Christmas Connections is a way that those children who would otherwise have nothing, get to receive a gift and the message of hope at Christmas.
