Food Bank Donations

New Home for the Food Bank

At the end of July 2020 our Food Bank warehouse was relocated to our hub building at 10 Normanton Road.  This will enable us to be better organised and improve the efficiency of the service we offer for those experiencing financial hardship and food poverty.

In an average year, we give out close to 800 food parcels to struggling families and individuals who engage with us directly through our Debt and Advice Clinics or who have been referred to us by agencies.

We would not be able to do this without ongoing food donations to our Basics Bank.

When I came to clinic, I got a food parcel. It was a real blessing because some weeks I only had enough money to feed my daughter
