Debt and Benefits Advice (Jubilee Project Clinics)

– Walk-in / Self-Referral. Please view the open times and locations of our Jubilee Clinics here.

* Please note - Our Jubilee Clinics offer a Face-To-Face service only. Meaning, we will not be able to schedule phone call enquiries, you will need to present yourself in person at any of our clinics.

Food and Community Support (Community Shop, Foodbank and Café)

– Walk-in / Self-Referral. Please view the open times and location of our Community Shop and Café here.

Rough Sleeping / Emergency Accommodation (Safe Space and The Ark) -

Alcohol and Drug Support (ByMySide)

– Referrals are made to our ByMySide support service through several of our own projects and other partnering services. These include Safe Space, My Place, Derby Homes, Drug and Alcohol treatment services, Probation, Housing Officer or Support Worker. - You can find out more about all the Drug and Alcohol Treatment Services available in Derby here. 

Prison Leavers (My Place)

– Clients are referred by partner agency, Derby Homes. If you do not have anywhere to live when you’re released from prison, you must speak to your resettlement worker as soon as possible. For more information about finding a home when leaving prison, you can visit this page on the Derby City Council website. 

Weekly Hot Meal Provision and Support (Storehouse)

A Listening, Caring and Helpful Presence in the City Centre Late at Night (Street Pastors)

- Our Street Pastor team prayerfully patrols Derby City Centre, between 10 pm and 4 am on Friday and Saturday nights. If you spot the Street Pastor team, please give them a wave and say hello. If you need emergency assistance while out in the City Centre, please contact the emergency services by calling 999.
