As a Christian charity, Derby City Mission holds firmly to the belief that without God we are unable to achieve anything, and therefore prayer plays a huge role in everything we do and we are thankful for many answered prayers in 2019.

We would like to invite you to join with us in prayer as we begin 2020 with our prayer week. Everyday, you are welcome to join with us at 10 Normanton Road as we pray expectantly for what God is going to do through us and this new building, and for the lives of people that are yet to be transformed. Our Nightshelters are coming towards the end of their second week and we have a Nightshelter prayer team who is intercessing on our behalf. We will, however, be hosting a number of prayer meetings which you can join us for over the course of the next few months. The dates and locations are yet to be finalised, but please get in touch if you would like to know more. (or see our website for details in due course)

Finally, our Citywide Prayer meetings bring believers from churches across the city together to pray for Derby, the surrounding areas and our nation. These events are open to all and we would love to see you there. (Details below)
