Who we are Our Community Hub Main Hall Facility Overview The main hall area is a fantastic open space that can be used for all manner of large gatherings, worship events, training and conferences. At present this remains an open space, but the possibilities for its use is endless. The aim is to keep this as a flexible space that could be used by both Derby City Mission for our own events and functions, but also it has the opportunity to be hired out for community use or by other organisations to provide a source of income to support the delivery of other services. This could be used in conjunction with both the Wellbeing Café and the kitchen. At present there are no definite plans on how this area of the hub will be refurbished or what equipment it will require. We will however be installing an AV & PA system and will eventually need chairs and tables suitable for conferencing.
