Senior Advocate (ByMySide Project)

Catesha first volunteered with Derby City Mission with the Derby Church Nighshelter project. She then took on a Project Manager role as part of Derby City Mission's Winter Provision up at Mount Cook. This was in place of the Nightshelter as part of the Government's 'Everyone In' plan, ensuring all rough sleepers had somewhere safe to stay during Covid.

In her current role, Catesha oversees the ByMySide project as the Senior Advocate. A role that sees a team come alongside those most struggling with addiction. Cathesha's huge enthusiasm and charisma always bring joy to those she's been supporting and befriending. You can find out more about the ByMySide Project here.

Catesha is a true Derby lass, having been born and raised in the city. She worships at Derby City Church. In her spare time, she enjoys many outdoor pursuits and adventures, as well as hairdressing and spending time with her Son and GrandDaughter. Although she insists on the term 'Glanmar'
